1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Gulf Padel Tour ("GPT") website, registering for events, or engaging with any GPT digital service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the website or register for GPT activities.
GPT may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
GPT services are available to individuals aged 16 years or older.
Participants under 18 years require verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian, sent to:

The consent must include:
- Participant's full name & age
- Parent/guardian full name & relationship
- Explicit authorization for participation
GPT reserves the right to verify identification, age, and consent documents before confirming registration, in accordance with UAE laws on minors' participation in sports activities.
3. Player Conduct
GPT is committed to a safe, respectful, and professional environment. Participants agree not to engage in:
- Abuse, harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Damage, misuse, or unauthorized access to GPT platforms or systems
GPT may suspend or permanently ban participants who violate conduct standards. Severe misconduct may be reported to UAE authorities in accordance with UAE Cybercrime Law and Public Decency Regulations.
4. Event Registration & Payments
- All registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases involving verified medical emergencies.
- Medical documentation must be submitted within 48 hours before the event start date.
- Refund decisions are entirely at GPT's discretion.
- Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Tap Payments) compliant with UAE financial regulations.
5. Event Modifications & Cancellations
GPT may modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel events due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational issues, or force majeure circumstances.
If an event is rescheduled, registrations automatically transfer unless otherwise specified. Refunds, where applicable, follow GPT's refund policy and UAE consumer protections.
6. Prize Money & Tournament Capacity
Prize money amounts are based on standard tournament capacity of 32 teams. Gulf Padel Tour reserves the right to adjust prize money if the number of registered teams falls below 24 teams.
Any adjustments will follow the internal prize structure and will not affect the fairness or outcome of the tournament.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in GPT events involves sport-related risks. By registering, participants acknowledge and assume such risks.
GPT, its staff, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury or health incidents
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Participants are encouraged to obtain personal health/accident insurance.
This clause is valid to the extent permitted by UAE Civil Transactions Law, which allows liability limitations except for gross negligence.
8. Media & Content Usage
By participating in GPT events, individuals grant GPT a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to record and use images or videos for:
- Event documentation
- Social media and website postings
- Advertising or promotional activities
Participants may opt out by providing written notice before the event to:
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, media, and designs—is the exclusive property of GPT and protected under UAE copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without written permission.
10. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GPT's Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).
11. Third-Party Services
GPT may use verified third-party platforms such as Replit, Supabase, Stripe, or Tap Payments.
GPT is not responsible for outages or breaches originating from third-party services.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the competent UAE courts or authorities.
